Wingo Game Terms and Conditions — Rules of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wingo Game website at wingogame.onl, or by downloading and using the Wingo Game Android application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Wingo Game platform in any form.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without creating an account, registered account holders, and players actively using any game, betting market, or promotional offer. Use of any part of the platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Wingo Game.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a Wingo Game account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Wingo Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory age verification cannot be completed, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is resolved. Any winnings accumulated on an account confirmed to be under 18 will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full Wingo Game platform you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistan mobile number . You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is accurate and kept up to date.

Each person may hold only one Wingo Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identities, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, Wingo Game will close all but one account at its discretion, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled and removed.

You must not register an account using another person's identity or contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Registration is free — there is no fee to create a Wingo Game account.
• You must provide a valid Pakistan mobile number that you own and control.
• Account details including mobile number and password must be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Wingo Game login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any verification codes sent to your device. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Wingo Game will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you receive any message purporting to be from Wingo Game asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact Wingo Game support immediately. You should also change your password without delay. Wingo Game will investigate reported cases of unauthorised access but cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

5 Deposits

All deposits on Wingo Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of the platform.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of deposit. Wingo Game does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Wingo Game's control.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account balance within seconds.
• Raast and bank transfers may take a few minutes depending on processing times.
• Card deposits are subject to standard card processing times.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Wingo Game account — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third party, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Wingo Game reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where unusual deposit patterns are detected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid back in PKR to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit channel is unavailable, alternative withdrawal channels will be offered at Wingo Game's discretion.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed identity verification and your account must be in good standing with no active investigation or restriction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Processing times vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest option once approved.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank.
• Wingo Game does not charge a platform withdrawal fee, though your bank or wallet provider may apply fees on their end.

Wingo Game reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard practice and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Providing the requested documents promptly will avoid delays.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money PKR balance — including winnings derived from bonus play after wagering requirements are fully met — is eligible for withdrawal. The platform will clearly indicate your withdrawable balance at all times.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Wingo Game offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific offers during PSL and major tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which supplement these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Wingo Game promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wingo Game reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated on the promotion page. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds after the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Wingo Game may modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

8 Game Rules

All games available on Wingo Game — including slots, bingo, and fish games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game, while these Terms govern all account and platform matters.

Game outcomes on Wingo Game slots and bingo are determined by certified random number generation. Wingo Game does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against any individual player.

• Players must place bets within the displayed minimum and maximum stake limits for each game.
• Any bets placed in error by the player — for example, a wrong stake amount — cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Wingo Game will not be liable for additional claims beyond stake return in the case of a technical error.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any gains derived from the exploit.

9 Sports Betting

The Wingo Game betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — as well as football and esports markets. All bets are placed in PKR and all winnings are credited in PKR.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A placed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is displayed and available for that market.
• Wingo Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at Wingo Game's discretion, particularly around key moments in a match. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed after a suspension is announced will be voided.
• Wingo Game does not accept bets placed with inside information or in coordination with any effort to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and relevant information may be passed to sporting authorities.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are shown in the betting interface.

Cricket betting markets during PSL are among the most active on the platform. Players should ensure they understand the specific rules for the market type they are betting on — match winner, top batsman, total runs, and other markets each have specific settlement rules described in the betting section.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wingo Game. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed, their balance forfeited where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or assisting another person to create an account on your device or using your payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, games, or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on sporting events with prior knowledge of the outcome through illegitimate means.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction after the funds have been used in gameplay.
• Using the platform for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform's back-end systems.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during subsequent verification checks.

11 Responsible Gaming

By using the Wingo Game platform, you agree to:

• Set a time limit for gaming sessions and stick to it.
• Not attempt to recover losses by increasing bet sizes or extending sessions beyond your planned budget.

12 Intellectual Property

The Wingo Game name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wingo Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device problems on the player's end.

Wingo Game makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside Wingo Game's control may result in temporary unavailability. Wingo Game will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.

In all cases, Wingo Game's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Suspension and Closure

Wingo Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Detection of prohibited conduct, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of automated tools.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request — voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requests are honoured promptly.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited upon closure for breach. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player in good standing, the real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Wingo Game support. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly and the account will be closed within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Changes to These Terms

Wingo Game may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, Wingo Game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered contact method.

Your continued use of the Wingo Game platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
